The management team of e|net has a wealth of experience in the telecoms industry and beyond.

Conal Henry – Chief Executive Officer

Conal previously held senior positions in a number of large and successful organisations including Ryanair, Procter & Gamble, Asda Stores and First Active. He has a Degree in Law from QUB and is a Chartered Management Accountant.

Maeve McDonnell, FCCA – Chief Financial Officer

Maeve has been CFO of e|net since 2004. Maeve is a finance professional with several years senior management experience in diverse environments, primarily with large multinational companies. Prior to joining e|net, Maeve worked as a self-employed consultant, having previously worked with Dell Corporation, Midland Bank Trust Corporation and Wang.

Martin Keogh – Sales Director

Martin has a lifetime of experience in telecommunications having worked in the sector for the vast majority of his career. Most recently he worked as Sales and Marketing Director with DEG and prior to that, as Regional Sales Manager of ESAT Telecom.

Bartley McElroy – Director of Corporate Development

Bartley has an extensive telecoms background, most recently as Director of Wholesale Business for Ireland and the Nordics with BT Group plc. He has a Degree in Electrical Engineering from UCD and is a qualified accountant. Bartley has also held senior and advisory roles with a number of start-up and early stage companies in various industries.

Leo Clancy – Service Delivery Director

Leo has over 14 years of telecoms and operations experience having worked with Ericsson throughout his career. Leo has a Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, as well as a Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications from the DIT.
