The purpose of this Privacy Statement is to assure you that the information gathered on this site is solely for internal e|net purposes and no information provided by you will be passed onto third parties.

The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website: www.e-net.ie.

All information collected on this website shall be processed in full compliance with the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003. If personally identifiable information is used by e|net in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection, e|net will notify you via email. Whether this information is used in this different manner is entirely at your discretion. In addition, if e|net makes any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on our web site notifying users of the change. In some cases where we post the notice we will also email users, who have opted to receive communications from us, notifying the changes in our privacy practices.

When you make a query through e|net, to process your query we will share some of your details with e|net's sales, marketing and operations departments. We will provide only the information necessary to ensure the successful fulfilment of your query.

We do not share names or other private profile information to third parties and have no intention of doing so in the future. A general exception to this rule is where disclosure of information is required by Law. Occasionally, e|net will hire a third party to act on our behalf for projects such as market research surveys and will provide information to these third parties specifically and solely for use in connection with these projects. These third parties will not contact you at any time nor use the information provided by e|net in anyway contrary to this Privacy Statement.

 

What Information Do We Collect?

A contact e-mail address is required in order to send the results of the query. Your phone number will only be used if we need to contact you urgently (for example if a mistake is made in entering the contact email address). A second address is required if a point to point enquiry is made. Your monthly telecoms spend should include all telecoms spend, i.e. all rental, all traffic costs, data costs and internet charges. We are requesting this information solely to ensure that the correct operators will be made available to you for a quotation. This information will not be used for any other purposes.

Right To Rectification Or Erasure

e|net will comply with any request for rectification or erasure of personal information if found to be incorrect within forty calendar days of receipt of a request.

Opt-Out

Any marketing material that you subscribe to receive from e|net can be opted-out of at any time by stating same to it@e-net.ie.
